- A player’s top rating cannot exceed by more than 100 points the maximum rating of the section he wants to register for.
- Unrated players can win any prize, in any section, but their winnings are limited to a maximum of $100.
- 1 Best weighted result : $80 (1pt = A/1,5 – B/1,0 – C/0,75 – D/0,50)

75min / 30 moves, then 30min / mate, + 30 sec/move
REGISTRATION
Section A $ 65 / Section B $ 60 / Section C $ 55 / Section D $ 50 --- for pre-registrations only
Pre-register (1) online before Sept 4, 18 :00 or (2) by post (see form below) before Sept 1st, or (3) cash, at Strategy Games, 3423 St-Denis, Montreal, before Sept 4, 18:00.
N.B. – Free for GM – IM – FM (please notify the Federation )
- $ 30 for national masters from Quebec and players rated 2300 and more
- $ 10 discount for players aged under 20 on September 6, 2013.
- $ 15 penalty for on site registration (Except for women and masters). On site registrations must be paid cash
- Only one discount by player ;
- Players need to be FQE or CFC members. One-tournament ($20) and yearly membership options can be bought on site.
